Dr Hernandez Duarte is a neurologist with many years of experience. He specialises in general neurology and neurophysiology.

He obtained his specialist degree in Neurophysiology / Functional Exploration of the Nervous System from the University of Havana. He also obtained his specialist degree in General Neurology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
